Each group within CARW has representatives that make up the leadership body called the Spokes Council. These representatives change every couple years so that leadership is shared across our groups. As the movement landscape changes, we will sometimes partner with other organizations without a formal solidarity group (e.g., Jewish Voice for Peace). Spokes Council is where those decisions to partner get made.
