Monthly Meetings Resume January 13th

by CARW

Whether you are currently active in CARW or just wanting to learn more about how to be an anti-racist white ally, please join us at our regular public meetings held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at Cascade People’s Center.  Each meeting will start with an optional potluck, followed by a brief introduction/opening and then a community- and analysis-building educational activity or discussion.  There will be a different topic or theme each month.  This month, we will be exploring intersectionality and some different ways racism can play out in our society.  After a short break, the rest of the meeting will be time for people involved in CARW projects to meet with their teams, make plans, and share important information with the larger group.  (If you are involved in one of these teams or would like to be, please stay for the whole meeting; otherwise, you may choose to leave at the break.)
